The principal business activities of the Company are focused on exploring and developing the Copperstone Mine (Copperstone) in La Paz County, Arizona, United States. The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

RE:Why??

I'm sure lots of people are getting bored/frustrated/tired of waiting and a lot of the longer holders that averaged down around 0.11/0.12 probably have an average right around here (0.16ish) which would be an understandable time to say enough, throw in the towel and get out even.
