So looking at ClearStream Energy 2019 Management Information Circular you will immediately realize another example of corruption and where companies making Net Losses and Negative Free Cash Flow and still paying their executives unreasonable amount bonus & compensation in an industry significantly suffering…….in addition this company is receiving salary subsidy from Canadian taxpayers……….

The four executives CEO, CFO, COO, CCO received approx.. $2.8 million of total compensation including $1.5 million as annual incentive / bonus for 2019, the CEO alone received $556,000.......in the meantime in 2019 the company made a LOSS of 10 million from continuing operations and generated NEGATIVE free cash flow from operation of 20 million!!!!!!!.......BMO financed such amount of execessive bonus ....only in Alberta.......No comment!

In Q1 &Q2 2020 they laid off their employees as per their press releases to improve the company liquidity!
