Not an expert but...

Not an expert but...As a lowly shareholder with the belly up company of Orbite, I have to say my peace. I got into Orbite for the technology not the plant. It appears to me that the new Aussie company has just bought the plant (well more like got it on loan) and is "licensing" the technology that does along with it. That means that Orbite still holds the patents to their technology and as such remains a patent play company. With no employees or officers doing anything to maximize this tech, there is a slim to nil chance that it can generate revenue. But it appears to me that Christian Bourque, who's housekeeping the company at PWC, is somewhat aware of this residual potential in Orbite. I'm planning on keeping my shares to see what becomes of the technology. But I ain't holdin' my breath.
