Noranda Income Fund Unit NNDIF

Noranda Income Fund is a Canadian based income trust. The fund owns the electrolytic zinc processing facility and ancillary assets located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Quebec. It produces refined zinc metal and by-products from sourced zinc concentrates. The fund's long-term objective is to maximize unitholder value and provide monthly distributions to unitholders.

RE:Seller

RE:SellerI am a bit surprised that there is still selling pressure on this.

A concern is GC takeover guru left the board this year. Anyone know what happened to Ken Klaussan? Was he voted off the island? He sounded like GC lawyer for merger and acquisitions.

One concern is mining countries often try and set up their own processing as a way of adding value. Maybe Cile or another supplier is pushing for this which would weakend sourcing material.

The base price is rediculous right now. 50 million to buy a 500 M$ operation - steep discount here.

If these fools can't get a proper valuation, I think we can get more value liquidating the operation then this price.
