It is stil a very large capital investment. My opinion, even large companies like Vale will budget for the changes over a period of time longer than 3 years. Even taking into account financing, I do not believe it will be less than 3 years. that is my opinion. And if i am wrong, then I will do even better in the short term than I thought.
