i do agree you never know but i was pretty conservative since on last earning they hade 70 millions total liablities and 440 millions in total asset now of you take current cash on hand a potential low price return of 2020 crop (2$) per gram average i used lowest price(they usally had over 2.5+) you end up with total market cap missing 60 million just for the crop if you add up asset its missing 430 million of value this is with 0 growth potential but too be on the safe side let say theire 440 millions asset worth 0 just the outdoor crop at 2$ worth more than all theire debt and entire market cap at 0.68 cent
