Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

RE:ACS 14..15

CTG Pharma from Milan Italy was one of the earlier companies to investigate h2s with other drugs. Acs 14 involved aspirin ACS15 was dyclofenac SPELLING? with h2s, I believe. Similar to a ANTIBES 337? Maybe a few others can't recall. The company disappeared a decade ago. Very little about it on the web. More about Its drugs via published papers. You will have to research these if you want more detail. As mugmods said, it probably was a diifferent compound. I am sure that ate is much improved. Travelling and working from phone. Excuse the mistakes.
