CANADA STOCKS-Gold miners lifts TSX higher July 22 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index reversed early losses to trade higher on Wednesday, driven by precious metal miners and as Bombardier jumped after securing a loan of up to $1 billion and improving its cash usage.
