RE:RE:Hoping for a good q2 I think finally, i'm going to go in before q2 for a few reasons. 

1: Timing the market is never a good idea.

2: 10-12% dividend is a great thing if holding long.

3: If they cut the dividend stock will most likely go up as others have in the same scenarios. Due to the fact that they will be saving money and still offering a good div anywhere between 7-10% (if cut)

4: Fed said they will not stop using the tools in their arsynal to fight the symptoms of the virus on the economy.

5: Bam is like a private FED for BPY. I think they know how undervalued the company is and will stop at nothing to keep it afloat or capitalize on its downturn.

6: Vaccine news can come at anypoint (kinda ties in with point #1)
