Half penny gone $$$$It looks like if you want in you need to pay full cent now. Half cent pretty much gone. Quite a few large bids over the last couple of weeks with few actually getting filled. Players doing players favours but not a whole not going out. News on the way. Hopefully the news we need to here. I think this is the biggest hurdle we need to clear. The rest should hopefully work itself out. Essar has more than enough means and the money to take from here. After that no where to go but up. $$$$
