Seems a little fishy, and you were in the know as well, what was or was not going on in that facility. That was after the deadline as well.

The plantiff has been granted leave to commence an action.
We will see I guess very shortly what happens next.
Submissions of supporting materials regarding this matter were to be sent to the Judge 2 and 3 weeks after the hearing.
So... I'm going to assume these submissions have since happened and we should be hearing more about the case in the near future.

Great Hope they can deal with that ASAP and move on from that bs. Also a big Middle finger to auxly for pumping that they will have the facility built out by december 2018
