RE:RE:RE:RE:Read the info circular Correct - I just made an account. After a long time of reading other peoples thoughts, I figured I would join in, especially as it's an interesting restructuring and I am an investor. What are you implying though? These kind of comments are the reason why I never joined for so long haha. 

I am a debenture holder that bought more debentures after the restructuring announcement and will be voting for the transaction on the table, and participating fully in the rights offering. If the deal isnt approved because people hope a 5th more attactive bid for common holders will appear, when the business has deteriotated (management's words, not mine) I guess my opinion will be proven wrong. It would be a difficult bid though, given 97% of the senior secure have already voted in favour of current transaction.
