Ravencrest Resources was a shell when the company first became listed on the CSE.
Ravencrest Resources did a share dividend to the shareholders of record on the following basis:
- for every two shares of Ravencrest Resources, the shareholder of record would receive 1 share of RIVER WILD EXPLORATIONS (a new company)
Ravencrest Resources was subsequently taken over by the wonderful George Robinson (aka Pinocchio).
Ravencrest Resources then became RavenQuest Biomed..NO consolidation in the share capital.
River Wild Explorations was also a 'shell company'
River Wild Explorations was taken over by Joseph Meehan.
River Wild Explorations became CENTR Brands (CNTR) on the CSE.
There are some common 'threads' from what I have read... but to my understanding George Robinson is NOT involved in CENTR Brands
