RE:RE:RE:SP will explode to react to POG!Hey Unk ... gold over $1900 momentarily, stories out of Chile that Codelco has some significant production deterioration ahead in copper ... and the passage of time with billions sunk into Hugo North HNE looking to start underground revenues ... is all good no matter what Rio Tinto does to try and play down the OT potential.

This proxy protest is just window dressing on a fair question - why can’t a majority of the 49% minority have representation on the TRQ board free of the influence of Rio Tinto and the heavily-Rio Tinto weighted internal management of TRQ?  Obviously with Rio as prime lender, contract operator, most likely buy-out candidate ... the conflicts abound.  They are receiving income streams from OT, we see nothing.  It is oppressive.   The vote is just a protest but let’s see how JS tries to spin it.

One can can only hope that the Mongolian desire to convert a deferred dividend minus loan and interest repayment to an immediate net royalty stream will be the catalyst to consolidate ETG and bring it into the IA scheme, and trip buy-outs of all the minority interests - TRQ and ETG ... and at more than just healthy premiums to market.  Very interesting chess game.  Given the capital swings in play for TRQ with a billion minority shares, you have to guess it must be dealt with first for fear any premium bump to ETG would light a fire under TRQ.  Or maybe a big, all-at-once deal?
