RE:RE:Reverse split

RE:RE:Reverse splitQuadrillions - dont have a big issue with your rationale other than to say that RBC has been hired to look at all alternatives so we should just sit patiently as they go through the various options available to them.  With price of zinc moving up a bit the situation is looking a little rosier.

as for the going private..who other than Glencore would want to do that- management?  If so, why should the shareholders sell to them at 3 to 5 cents when you can get 10 cents as is?  At the end of the day TV is asset rich but cash poor and a huge leverage play ==< If:
- zinc prices stay above $1
- the treatment charges are reduced

then TV will survive reasonably unscathed.

Now if you go forward a year or two then I agree you cant do a financing when you have 800+ million shares outstanding and when price of shares are 10 cents.  So a 10 for 1 would make some sense or perhaps even a 25 for 1?  This would not change the market cap but would mean that (at 25 to 1) the shares would trade at $2.50 range and have a float in the order of 32 million shares .  All sorts of houses would do a financing for this.

my 2.5 cents worth of advice
