Value of the preferred

Value of the preferredAs I understand it each preferred share will get approximately .33 shares of Common. If the common is worth $3.41 that comes to around $1.13. They also get the right to purchase .6 a share of common at $3.41 per share. If the common were to double to $6.82 (not exactly a sure bet) then the preferred would have gotten $2.25 +$2.05 or $4.30a share. Not a very attractive outcome even assuming the post recap shares double.
Are my calculations incorrrect?
