RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:POST CLOSING..Shamhorish, you are making serious allegations. I strongly suggest you do not make such statements absent of proof.
Without proof, the statements you made are
your opinion only; your interpretation of how the events occurred. It is wise to preface such statements with qualifiers such as: In my opinion, In my view, To my way of thinking, etc. Even with such qualifiers, the person making such statements can face legal action if the intent is to harm the other's reputation.
While I doubt there wll be any consequence to your statements in this instance, you may wish to make an additional post wherein you clarify that these statements are your opinion only, and that you do not possess any proof of such.

facts only off course, clear as sun shine but hard to prove
Di Bert was a member of a group who lied to investores about the financial condition of BBD and BT legacy contracts, hide facts, then cashed in bonuses by selling their shares at $4.75 - 3-98 then a month later said ohhhh, BT has problems and we did not know
to do that so well, he has to cook the books, he is the CFO!!!
for bellemare to be able to lie, he needed numbers to support his lies, Di Bert as expert runing the finance supplied him with numbers, and cooked the books
as it is done with laweyers and advise of top specialiste on the matter, those top executives cashed in milions of $$$$ while knowing that SP will drop as soon as they reveal BT problems
this is a crime,
Raphaelle2, do you beleive that Di Bert did not know of BT problems in 2017-2018 !!! well before it was revealed to investores (at least 8 month before revealing it- )
they knew , plan to exit, consulted lawyer how to cash in without getting caught, did it, then when the money was in their accounts, they admitted the problems, latter removed Laurent Troger head of BT put Danny in his place
