That is a lot of Bull...You obviously don't know mining...their are challenges everywhere in evey countries...might not be permitting, but definitely in corruptions in the 3rd world countries and volaltility. Here it is the permitting, but once that is done it is stable forward, but you can never count on 3rd world countries as they can instantly kick the companies out. Barrick need new mines...they got kicked out of several countries...
