Listed below are the reasons I believe shareholders should be paying attention to whether Duane makes a substantial and meaningfull investment with his personal capital at the fortcoming Capital raise.
He has to get it past his personal Fact checker, meaning his wife who would be privy to what is really going on,not what is being publicly said. If there's lack of conviction on his part with his own money ,he will only put in a token amount.
Jabil before Enviroleach spent tens of millions in attempting to find Enviromentally efficient way to process electronic waste & they failed in their effort. Then Enviroleach came along claiming that they have the answer & Jabil Invested into the Memphis plant utilising our technology nearly 3 years ago. It obviously was not up to the the job as the plant never went into Commercial production & Enviroleach shareholders were never told what happened & why it failed.
We were then told that we'll build our own facility which will incorporate the dry as well the wet cycle making it a complete process & go into production in our own right with other plants to follow. It would also be used as a showcase for potential partners & there were whispers about Glencore .
Jabil spent many millions in wanting to get into the sector , so no one can argue that they were not serious in getting into E waste . They had their people alongside ours for more then 6 months recently as well as in Memphis, attempting to make the process commercially viable, yet they walked away .........
Now we are being told that the plant is still testing . This to me defies logic. If the process works as we are being continuosly told & Jabil has demonstrated with serious $$$$ that they are keen to get into E waste, Why would they walk away at this point , giving another Competitor the opportunity of 1st mover advantage and reap the enormous benefit of being 1st ???
