RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:SISP negotiations So if creditors have a major say, then new owners and creditors can get a better deal without sharing the company with current shareholders. 
Since IQ is a creditor (50M?), that means Fitzgibbon would be in the loop of the SISP. That would explain why he said a month ago that he knew that the bids were not even covering all debts and that shareholders were getting $0. 
I thought the winning bid was picked only by the board of Nemaska... That changes things.
