Keep in mind, the agreement is exclusivity for tunneling only, PYR will own the IP on the custom torches and can sell them to other industries, or repurpose them as applicable....

I completely agree with you nosleep..... I'm not a fan of locking into an agreement for any amount of money unless it means the returns will be enormous.... Cheers!
