KalmanI don't know how much of OEE's lack of performance is due to management and how much is because they were early to the game, probably both.  But I do know that the CEO of a public company is charged with the tasks of not only increasing shareholder value, but for keeping his co-owners (us who own the other 88% of shares) informed.  When the stock hits a penny, a CEO is obligated to hold a conference call or provide a written update in my opinion.  They need to man-up and communicate with their co-owners.   Unacceptable  silence
