In my opinion, what your saying exactly correct, it's almost next to impossible to go anywhere positive with 350+m outstanding, every person in the universe has shares ready to blow out on .005c rise in price. Probably no one else will finance currently and hense the limbo of nothingness. Got to remember this is STILL valued 80 million +, which in nuts in my opinion. If this had a tighter float, 10:1 rollback, 35mil outstanding it would allow traders to trade and on good days actually make this thing run, and open door up for new suckers to finance, which is what they need to get investors back and interested. Whose going to want to enter something everyday that is down a couple percent..... boring

351 millions shares floating.

Zero investment made from new management.

This is all the proof you need to understand whats going to happen to both the share structure and share price in the near term.

The task is to pay debt. Massive dilutive financing coming. Purchasing debentures with a short hedge is the play from here.

Longs are about to get fleeced.
