RE:RE:Not an expert but...I'm not positive that the patents remain with Orbite. No one has said as such. I'm basing it on the fact that the PWC statement said that the plant was taken over in the deal and would run on "licensing". The money that Orbite has received thus far appears to be, from PWC's statement to Radio Canada in part a licensing fee.
