My thoughts almost exactly, MB. Which is why hope Apple will appeal. That the patents infringe is indisputable, therefore it's just a case of the value of same as we well know. For a few of the reasons you point out, I believe the tendencies will be for a decision to go down the middle between the two previous awards, which would offer QTRH many more millions than now, match the 1st award, or thirdly, possibly even increase it. Go ahead Apple, throw the dice. I'd bet snake eyes for WiLan.
