Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

APHA-ACB merger NON!!!!!!

APHA-ACB merger NON!!!!!!No benefit to APHA in the merger, certainly not to APHA shareholders as it would dilute
our holdings.  For ACB and their shareholders it would be a lifeline as it is going down fast.
If there were a merger it certainly should not be one of equals, ACB should be brought in
at a much lower valuation, with far fewer shares to ACB than it would appear to be set
out in the proposed merger
APHA has the KASH, (KASH IS KING) to buy whatever assets it needs at fire sale prices
from ACB and many other LPS's that are in trouble.
IMO the proposed merger   is not in the interest of APHA's shareholders
