RE:Reason for delay........Hio, My opinion: 1- Management takes care of themselves and family!!!! 2- Shareholders will be left holding the bag! 3- Heading back to 5 cents minimum for the vulture exchange requirements 4- PP consolidation is around the corner 5- More excuses by management Circle of life.....over & over again until delisting!!!
