RE:RE:100k in the first hour...Aphria can't invest in Tinley. Not allowed to have any money invested in cannabis companies that have U.S. assets.

1M on ATS then I'd say the same thing, Meh.
I've said this before & I'll say it again, Tinley's slow methodical approach at times seems purposeful, especially compared to peers who announce deals well in advance of having prodcuts actually in the market from those specific deals.
I get the feeling at times a buyout or right of first refusal is at play here.
Aphria releases earnings on the 29th I think, hopefully the numbers are great & help lift the Canadian sector.
It would be awesome if APHA participated in the second tranche of Tinley's PP, great time to announce your Canadian co-packer, it would be the start of August & right on time with the corporate presentation.
Catalysts in 2020 and Beyond
• Start of production in Phase 3 – mid-July
• Co-packing deals – 5 in advanced stage of pipeline
• Launch of Tinley and Becketts in Canada – starting in August
• Additional mass retail deals for Becketts – commitments from 4 chains for August
• Expansion to other territories (Nevada is priority)
