So common share holders are allowed to sell their shares after the record date, but are not required to hold their shares until the transaction like the preferred in order to participate in the subscription. so here's some interesting math:

1000 common shares today = $530 - but new owners not eligible for subscription as it is non transferable after the record date.

After 33:1 consolidation = 30 shares @?????

If 3.41 only $102.30

Breakeven at todays price of 0.53 = 30 shares @ $17.67 because they don't get to participate in the subscription.

So what will post restructure SP be???  Time will tell

I wouldn't be surprised to see an initial SP post-restructure around $3.41.
