RE:RE:RE:RE:Maxing out tfsa with just bpyRioCan is probably the worst Canadian REIT you can buy. Heavy retail exposure. No safety net. There are myriad of better REITs out there if you want pure Canadian one. TNT,UN,. Granite Reit, CAR.UN, NWH,UN All low payout ratio, mostly credit rated leases.
