RE:RE:acgAGC still has the option to conclude on the African assets, they will not conclude until he is trading again. Spending on the ground started in January and continues in preparation for 2021. If AGC have better options then they will not conclude the deal and it will go to a Houston based company in the USA under an IP deal. Similar licence to the proposed ACG licence is taken by a Middle East Company and valued last week at over $8m pre-cultivation. I do not think the Euro/African company cares too much whether AGC gets the deal, they don't really like Canada stocks but they are in an MOU until end of August then all bets are off. There is your answer.
