One single intensification project at Shoppers World in Bramptom will be worth more than ALL other Canadian REITs combined. The Ottawa junk is being redeveloped with intensification.

I am long both BPY and RioCan, but RioCan is a safer bet right now with Covid gone wild (mostly BS) in the USA.
