Instead of everyone collectively designing, selecting materials, shaping, heat treating, applying the handles and sharpening the product to get a quality item to mass produce and make a profit (the scenario most investors have had in mind for the last couple of years), WEEDMD took the approach of having several "master bladesmith's" and allowing them all to put an iron in the fire. This approach takes more time, but when time to market comes, you have a variety of products that appeal to a variety of consumers. They are VERY much at the "iron in the fire" stage, but I have confidence in all that they've done thus far, that when they start pulling the irons out, there will be finished product that has both demand and quality that will enable them to finally start bringing in the $$$.
