Vanstar Mining Resources Inc. V.VSR

Vanstar Mining’s Nelligan gold project joint venture with IAMGOLD (25% VSR/75% IMG), located 60 kilometres SW of Chibougamau, Quebec. Vanstar retains 25% undivided non-contributory carried interest until commercial production. Nelligan is one of Quebec’s largest gold projects containing approximately 5.6 Moz of gold. Vanstar has signed an LOI with IAMGOLD to acquire a 75% interest in their Bousquet-Odyno property. The project is 6km from IAMGOLD’S Westwood mine.

RE:Business as usual..."people do lie" is the only thing I agree with.  IMG has every reason to delay those results
and that can be easily disguised under some legitimate excuses such as re-assaying results
or lab was busy etc.

Lying in the mining business and in the corporate world at large is pretty common I would
suggest.  IMG would like to stall as long as possible expecially knowing those results before
anyone else.  They can play games in the meantime by manipulating the VSR market and 
accumulating as much loose stock as they can.  Then when things can't be put on hold any longer,
make a low ball offer with a small premium.

If I were IMG,  I would be pursuing this type of strategy and saying as little as possible about
Nelligan.  That makes perfect sense but I'm not IMG.  I'm a VSR shareholder who is very
suspicious of IMG and very suspicious why VSR seems to be being held down in the middle
of the hottest play in NA and a powerful bull market in gold.  That makes no sense.
