Yep you can't PR the news until you have the news. The news atm is waiting for answers from other agencies. The price spiked, pulled back a little and is now holding here. The fud'ers aren't happy, the guys looking for another spike aren't happy, nobody is happy. Fact is though it WILL move from here in the next month or so, up or down, if you can't wait for that to happen you probably shouldn't be here.
