RE:RE:RE:RE:SP will explode to react to POG!
Hello Country gent. In regard to Rio Tinto's outright control of TRQ, the so called "independent directors" are anything other than independent.
In a prefect world such marionettes, i.e. the"independent directors", would be immediately terminated with cause; that certainly didn't happen.
I listened in on the AGM and couldn't help noting that one simple question (if only to place such a question to the entire board of directors and executive suite of officers and to have such a question be entered as part of the recorded minutes of said meeting) had not been asked.
Question: Given the utter lack of shareholder appreciation (this following a most clearly "engineered" and financially destructive decline in TRQ's share price over the years), I would like to ask the entire board of directors collectively if they would demonstrate a clear sense of taking responsibility for a collective lack of action and outright failures to date (this as pertains to failing to take measures in mitigating or outright halting such continual and sustained share price depreciation) and forthwith resign in an attempt to redeem yourselves as humans?
