Realestate play of the week

Realestate play of the weekI hold BPY, H&R and SRU but the the real play right now is NWHM on New York. Trading at less than 1/2 of NAV for all houses and development land in suburban Cali and Arizona. All metrics are hugely improved and I am confident that earnings in a couple days will bare this out.
