My point  was about how the endless km of railway in India coupled with the addition of Vanadium to the medium carbon steel and manganese could result in yet more potential revenue sources for the few Largo's of the world..

Your very rich, important and melancholic story somehow deeply touched me and also brought me back to a Canada National Film Board film that i saw at a Film Festival many years ago - about -  this guy's journey throughout big and small India cities and towns using the train system to achieve such...
