InsidersAccording to this web site on April 20, insiders bought over 12 million shares for 1 cent. Now, 17 days after they announced TP project and price went up very modestly and now is in the downturn. 
Many other stocks in similar field jumped to teens, thirties, sixties of cents on much less daring developments. We, small investmentors, have money tied and during this time are missing other oportunities. So, if this all is a manipulation, then shame on you guys. Bad,bad karma.
