As part of its evaluation process, the Energy Bureau COMMANDS the Authority to present the following information or documents, on or before July 29, 2020, at 12:00 pm: 1. The working papers ") generated as part of the preparation of the document entitled Review of Legacy Solar PPOAS and Recommendations for Disposition, dated December 23, 2019 and prepared by New Energy Partners, Inc. The worksheets should include references to assumptions made. 2. The base (s) used by the Governing Board of the Authority to establish ten cents per kilowatt-hour ( 10 / kWh) as the market price to be used in the renegotiation of the Agreements. 3. Copy of any resolution issued by the Governing Board regarding the determination of the market price to be used by the Authority in the renegotiation process of the Agreements. The Energy Bureau WARNS the Authority that failure to comply with the orders of the Energy Bureau or the applicable legal provisions may lead to the imposition of administrative fines of up to twenty-five thousand dollars ($ 25,000) per day, for violation and other sanctions. Be notified and published.
