Will IIPR finally take out 100

Will IIPR finally take out 100and follow thru to at leasr 108 resistance in the next couple days or will it fail & reverse back down once again? Today it held up well to close @ 99 despite the Dow dropping 150 pts in the last 90 minutes to close down over 200 pts. Today's volume was heavier than the last few sessions but a heavy volume rally it was not. A breakout doesnt have to be on heavy volume but that kind of volume would portend a strong follow thru to higher prices. Also today saw cannabis stocks outperform the Dow, S&P 500 & tech stocks on the Nasdaq. If they continue that, it will help IIPR in its attempt to break above the rectangle formation. Still waiting for ADX to start a strong trend.
