So the company has not discussed this even in a general way, in print. Sadly, not all countries have carbon tax laws and most that do are being fought to have them reduced or eliminated.
Are the A,B,C clients not speculated to be located in the US ?
The rate of return on the massive investment required is an important factor in getting the order placed amoung other factors, as everyone cheering from the cheep seats knows.
The peope buying the torches, need a reason and at $3M each they need very good reason(s).
