RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ALTMED?sedar. material change report dated April 17th. Says they paid 55 m shares for altmed. material change report dated May 11th says they paid 75 m shares for altmed. Altmed owns 75% crtce. its really just a small clinic at this stage. Coupled with the other 3 acquisitions they diluted approx 110 m shares for little revenue, hence C-. They did raise $15 m tho, hence A+.
