New day, still halted, new conjecture

New day, still halted, new conjectureOk, now I'm adding to Tarnoir's prediction that they are working on financing.  Halting the trading could have been a defensive maneuver to get them better negotiating position with a potential financing partner.  Having the share price jump around while you are finalizing the terms can be a major distraction and diminish your bargaining power.

I have always believed that Arturo and team are sincere advocates for the common shareholder.  Case in point - the recent private placement was funded entirely by insiders at an above-market warrant strike (at the time).

The anticipation of all this is killing me!  I suppose that means I'm overallocated.
