Halting the trading could have been a defensive maneuver to get them better negotiating position with a potential financing partner. Having the share price jump around while you are finalizing the terms can be a major distraction and diminish your bargaining power.
I have always believed that Arturo and team are sincere advocates for the common shareholder. Case in point - the recent private placement was funded entirely by insiders at an above-market warrant strike (at the time).
The anticipation of all this is killing me! I suppose that means I'm overallocated.
