Getting a mortgage when you're a publically traded company through RBC will entirely wipe out the shareholders equity because RBC is a secured creditor when they default on payment which is about soon to happen. Secondly , getting further financing makes it extremely difficult for that reason as to why EVE has not been able to get additional al financing. How many times does Visionist have to school you ?
