RE:News release - BPY announces waiver of covenants on creditThats odd, the K9 filing says otherwise. Might want to read that and its clear the renotiation included covenents about paying out dividiends.

Again, I was long BPY until this AM. I took my 20% profit and moved into RioCan. 

I am officially out of BPY. GLTA and I hope this goes to the moon and that I am wrong!
