RE:RE:Can we expect other offers?I agree with you Billy Bob.. Not a good deal for Eastmain. I am a shareholder in AUG currently as well. A good deal for ER would have been if it got this ratio pre split of the company that we would also get the shares for SPINCO's. 

Currently the 3 projects in Fury are Eau Claire, Homestake & Committee Bay. Eau Claire is by far the most progressed project so why do ER shareholders only get 39% and AUG get 61% of Fury... 

AUG has a far superior mgmt team so a 50/50 would have been better served or inclusive of SPINCO's for ER.. this is a convultuted deal and thus the reason why market is not giving us close to 42 cents as per the offer of takeover!
