I am also overinvested here. I cant believe how these guys allowed this "consultant" to pull the woll over their eyes. It brings into question their business risk intelligence which is concerning at this stage in the busines cycle.

needless to say i am exasperated with this management team as i believe many are and is why moving this pig at 4M + shares will be virtually impossible until or unless consolidation or massive sales or both occur this year. If not we will see single digit pennies share price. The only winners will be management when the company is sold for pennies and we end up with SFA meaning significant losses from our initial investment.
