Still trying to write complete sentences? - That's good, but your spelling still sucks.

Say Weenie, why don't you come on out here to Nevada and I can show you some old mine shafts.  It would be an experience I promise you will never forget.

I live in the Abitibi Bogart. The heart of Canadian gold mining country. I am surrounded by mine shafts and every day at 5 pm my house shakes. Now, if you cant post something useful like I just did then I am going to have to switch your lights out again. In the previous post, if nothing else, I did clarify for peeps the infill thing.

Do you remember rockn radio, or were you too young Bogey.

Joey:)

This was wrong. You were supposed to check the numbers Bogey.

155000 x .25 x 1712 x .97 x .70 / 275,000,000 = $.16 usd

Swan factor.  $.16 usd less per share without Swan.

Bogart, double check that for me.

It should be 155000 x 25/40 x 1712 x .97 x .70 /275,000,000 = $.41 usd less with no Swan

Im not bashing. It is what it is and youre doing better than my abx.

But learn how to count.

Joey:)

I think YOU better learn to count MPG :-)) ! That 25/40 I assume is the % of total KL production for the year (out of Fosterville). In fact, with about 330K produced, Fosterville is about 20/40 or 50% of total production. Second your assumption is based on the fact that there is no more gold at Fosterville aside from the Swan Zone! Third even with present production out of Fosterville, it will be less and less percentage wise to total KL production due to greater production out of Macassa and Detour! Fourth clarify your numbers! Fifth I'm pissed off with you for making me write a really long post to refute your nonsense!  SMH :-)) !!!!
And maybe sixth you shouldn't drink and drive on a Friday or in your case write! Should've stayed in KL !!!!

No, no, no, and do you think I care 52?

Here you go:

The Fosterville mine produced 155,106 ounces in Q2 2020 based on processing 123,473 tonnes at an average grade of 39.5 g/t and average mill recoveries of 99.0 per cent.

All things being equal the grade will drop from 40 gm down to 15 with no more Swan (and thats generous). So they would lose 25 of 40 gm per tonne.

Its not complicated.

Joey

OK, got it! However your post muddied the waters. With greatly increased output from Macassa and Detour, I don't believe KL will suffer as far as earnings and production is concerned in the future. Anyway good luck to you with Barrick! The MM's will put Barrick share holders through the wringer before the earnings release! I don't think Barrick post adjusted will break $0.20 :-)) .

It is what it is. I try to strip out emotion and trade on logic.

Good luck with kl. When they find more Swan I will buy.
