RE:Q1 out!
RE:Q1 out!Lets not overlook the non-cash expenses that pads that OCI net loss; 442k expense from the stock option payments and depreciation/amortization. I am trying to become better versed in how the accounting is handled with this and if I am wrong I would appreciate a nudge in the right direction. This is how I see it - 442k is based off the black scholes WAFV of 0.032 which would make 13.9M options exercised. Employees are paying the WAEP of 0.05 to recieve these common shares but again I am not privy to the option contract specifics and could be wrong about that. The timeframe of this report has a SP range of 0.005 and 0.075 but I would guess that the period was primarily in mid to end of April if they are buying at 0.05. I am not sure if there is a hold period or if they can sell immediately. It could explain the 0.025 drop on 13M volume early May. The next financial statement will be a better indication of the now and what they are excersing but that is no good to us retail investors currently.
Dont get me wrong 54k revenue on 389k cash burn isn't suistainable but the private placement helped increase cash and reduce liabilities - gained some breathing room. What they don't really explain is the 226k in professional and consulting fees - what is that? did i miss it in the report?
The timing of this report still doesnt justify what is happening now with the SP. We need the updates on thermalpass to paint us a current picture of revenues. It is a bit worry some that they weren't able to book intangible assets but again timing is a key driver in accounting from a matching standpoint and could be lagging.
Anyways, aside from all this I am holding on to the glimmer of hope that there is an upside coming. Feel free to correct me on my statemtents as I do not wish to spread misinformation regarding my interpretation of the FS.
